This project investigates the gene expression profiles of dermal papilla cells (DPCs) when co-cultured with nanovesicles (NVs) under different conditions related to androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The study explores three experimental groups: NC (HDAC1oe-NC @NVs with DPCs) group, DHT (HDAC1oe-NC @NVs with DHT-injured DPCs) group and OE (HDAC1OE @NVs with DHT-injured DPCs) group. By comparing these groups, the study aims to uncover molecular mechanisms involved in hair follicle regulation and AGA pathogenesis, providing insights into potential therapeutic targets for alopecia treatment.
