Model in- and output for 'Consequences of limited sediment supply for decadal evolution of offshore tidal sand waves, a 3D model perspective '

This database contains the model output for 'Consequences of sediment supply limitations for tidal sand wave evolution', as well as the Matlab scripts to analyse this output.Output_deltaXX.m contains the grid, time array and bed level data as modelled by Delft3D, FLOW2D3D Version 6.02.13.8374. This is obtained by running the D3D input files, which all have '3d_model' in their name.Analysed_output_deltaXX.m contains the analysed output: i.e. sand wave heights, lengths and the degree of three-dimensionality.This matfile is obtained by runner the script 'analyse_model_output_delta.m' which uses the function 'function_to_analyse_sandwaves_delta.m'. In this function, the sand wave heights, lengths and the degree of three-dimensionality are computed.
