资源简介:
This project focuses on the regulatory mechanism of the formation and development of fruiting bodies of edible fungi. As a common edible fungi in China, Flammulina velutipes was selected for investigation by sequencing in this project. A monokaryon strain 6-3 (from NJ6) was crossed with another monokaryon strain 6-21 (from NJ6) to generate a hybrid strain F1. Spores of F1 were collected and cultured as monosporous strains, of which 107 strains were sequenced by Illumina platform at depth of 100X.
