Material from PhD thesis: Appendix C-2 Repeat elements identified in Tasmanian devil's genome

This dataset contains supplemental material as part of a PhD thesis: Development of Novel Diagnostic Tools and Antigen Discovery for Devil Facial Tumour Disease.

The material contains a list of repeat elements identified from the Tasmanian devil's genome for the differential expression analysis and Tasmanian devil facial tumour disease antigen discovery for vaccine development. The RepeatMasker package was used to identify repeat elements on the Tasmanian devil's whole-genome sequence (mSarHar1.11). This was generated as part of a published study (https://doi.org/10.1126/science.abq6453).
