mapped Bam files from whole transcriptome RNA-seq

In this study we characterized genomic alterations in two to five metachronous bladder tumors from 29 patients initially diagnosed with early stage disease. Fourteen patients (32 tumors) had non progressive disease (NPD) and 15 patients (34 tumors) had progressive disease (PD). Whole exome sequencing (WES, ~50x mean read depth and whole transcriptome RNA-seq was performed (RNA was not advalible for 4 tumors).Data provided here consist of 71 mapped Bam files form whole transcriptome RNA-seq.

本研究对29名初诊为早期疾病的患者中，两至五例相继发生的膀胱肿瘤的基因组变异进行了特征描述。其中14名患者（32个肿瘤）疾病未进展（NPD），而15名患者（34个肿瘤）疾病进展（PD）。对全部外显子组测序（WES，平均读深约50倍）和全转录组RNA测序（因4个肿瘤RNA不可用而未进行）进行了分析。此处提供的数据包括全转录组RNA测序的71个映射Bam文件。
