The goal of this research was analyze the composition of bacteria associated with the rhizosphere of an aquaponic system of rugula (Eruca vesicaria sp.) and lettuce (Lactuca sativa sp.) with rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), in relation to three nutrient fluxes.
