Confocal Measurements of Cellular Distributions Data

Confocal Z-stack images of fluorescently tagged platelets. Original data is provided for all donors and scans. The data is in the original .oib format as well as python numpy arrays (.npy). An ipython jupyter notebook is included to highlight how to access and display the data. Edit the jupyter notebook to point to the correct data location.
