Population-averaged 3D isotropic serial two-photon tomography reference data for the P7 mouse brain (v2)

This dataset contains a population-averaged three-dimensional (3D), isotropic serial two-photon tomography (STPT) reference image for the mouse brain at postnatal day (P) 7, derived from data acquired and shared by [Newmaster and colleagues (2020)](https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-15659-1). We have re-sampled the image volume to isotropic resolution, re-oriented it to the RAS (Right, Anterior, Superior) orientation, and made a number or optimizations to make the volume suitable for 3D-to-3D registration to other volumes in the project. This dataset is a brain atlas template and one of two datasets constituting the Developmental Mouse Brain Atlas P7 (DeMBA P7).
