Data and accompanying files for Brewer et al. (2025), Trait-dependent diversification and spatio-ecological limits drive angiosperm diversity unevenness across the Canary Islands archipelago. The directory 'Bash_Scripts' contains the scripts required to reproduce the phylogenomic reconstruction from raw sequence data (also given in the accompanying GitHub repo). 'Figures' contains the necessary data to reproduce the figures from the manuscript, alongside the R script 'Figures and Graphs', and the data file 'All_tip_labels' and the treefile. 'DAISIE' contains the necessary files to reproduce all DAISIE analyses from the chapter.
