RNA Sequencing of liver samples of TERP-AUG, TERP-wt-AUG, TERP-del7 and TERP-del7-wt mice

We present RNA-Seq data for mice with mutated TERP (TERP-AUG and TERP-del7) and for mice from control groups (TERP-wt-AUG and TERP-del7-wt). TERP-AUG mutation leads to increased translation of TERP, and TERP-del7 mutation leads to the formation of nonfunctional TERP. Liver samples of 4 different groups of mice, namely: TERP-AUG, TERP-wt-AUG, TERP-del7 and TERP-del7-wt were obtained. cDNA libraries for RNA-Seq were constructed and sequenced, resulting in 16 RNA-Seq data sets.
