This dataset comprises mineralogical and geochemical data collected from rock samples from the Shkodra-Peja-Normal-Fault (Northern Albania). The data include: X-ray Diffraction (XRD) Measurements:Quantitative and qualitative mineralogical compositions determined for each sample. The XRD results provide relative abundance of minerals, with raw data files (BRML/HPF) of the spectra. This data was used for illite crystallinity as well as illite age analysis. The enclosed XLSX-File describes the measuring routine and nomenclature of the measurements. Raman Spectroscopy of Carbonaceous Material (RSCM):Raman spectra were acquired to assess the degree of graphitization and estimate peak metamorphic temperatures. The dataset includes raw spectra (TXT) and microscopic images of the thin section with (TIFF) and without (JPG) marks for measured spots. Furthermore, measurement settings (L6M) and calculated temperature estimates (XLSX) based on Lahfid et al. (2010) are included.
