Cancer cells are mutually regulated by both oncogenic mutations and stromal cues, yet these processes are often studied separately. To explore how cell-extrinsic and cell-intrinsic cues co-regulate cell-fate, we generated scRNA-seq data of murine colonic organoids regulated by 1) colorectal cancer (CRC) oncogenic mutations, 2) microenvironmental fibroblasts and/or macrophages, and/or 3) defined stromal signalling cues.
