List of sequences in fasta format obtained by mapping the outlier regions and 10kb up-and downstream to the genome sequence of Daphnia magna (V2.5-95). These sequence data were produced by The Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics at Indiana University and distributed via wFleaBase in collaboration with the Daphnia Genomics Consortium http://daphnia.cgb.indiana.edu.
