To investigate bacteria-plant social interactions and their influence on plant growth and immunity on transcriptional level, we performed RNA-seq analysis in plants inoculated with B. subtilis monocultures and their combinations. The results show differences in regulation in various social interactions both at the level of processes and at the level of individual genes. potato shoots and roots, non-inoculated control and Bacillus subtilis inoculated samples. Inoculations: single strain, two strains kin interaction, two strains non-kin interaction; 4 biological replicates sampled per treatment group
