The experiments support constitutive modeling and fracture characterization of representative HAZ microstructural regions resulting from a typical flux cored arc weld for these three steels. Three specimen types were tested across six HAZ microstructural regions, in addition to the as-received base metal condition, for three base materials. Additionally, the as-deposited weld metal material from a weld assembly made from E70T6 self-shielded FCAW electrode was tested in the same manner. This multipass CJP butt-splice weld assembly was constructed with the M1 material reported herein. A total of **92 specimens** are included. CNT — Circumferentially Notched Tensile Cylindrical specimens with a circumferential notch, machined from simulated, distinct microstructural regions. See `docs/specimen_geometries.pdf` (b) and (c) for geometry of the long notch (LN) and short notch (SN) configurations, respectively. Initial extensometer gage length: 25 mm. All CNT tests were loaded monotonically in tension at 0.200 mm/min. GP — Groove Plate Rectangular plate specimens with a symmetric groove (double-sided notch), machined from simulated, distinct microstructural regions. See `docs/specimen_geometries.pdf` (d) for geometry. Initial extensometer gage length: 8 mm. All GP tests were loaded monotonically in tension at 0.253 mm/min. Coupon — Tensile Coupon Smooth axisymmetric coupons machined from simulated, distinct microstructural regions. See `docs/specimen_geometries.pdf` for specimen geometry. Initial extensometer gage length: 8 mm. All coupon tests were loaded monotonically in tension at 0.257 mm/min.
