Historical handwritten hydro-climatic data of central africa

For generating a ground truth dataset we make a selection of ten monthly handwritten tabular meteorological records from the Cobecore collection. Each of the image represent monthly records containing handwritten tabular data that recorded the pressure and temperature values for each day of the month. The selection provides a diverse dataset that varies in structure, image quality and handwriting quality (assessed by the human eye), and colour.
