Title:Dataset on Chemical Exposure and Reproductive Health of Female Garment Workers in Dhaka, Bangladesh
Description:This dataset contains primary, anonymized quantitative survey data collected from 550 female workers employed in Ready-Made Garment (RMG) factories in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The data was collected over a period of one month (7–11 December 2023) as part of a sociological study examining the impact of chemical exposure on reproductive health and working conditions in the RMG sector.
Each participant responded to a structured questionnaire covering topics such as demographic information, exposure to chemicals in the workplace, awareness of reproductive health issues, menstrual health, workplace safety, symptoms of toxic exposure, and access to healthcare services. The data was collected using a purposive and convenience sampling strategy and is stored in Excel (.xlsx) format.
The dataset is intended for use by researchers, public health professionals, and policymakers interested in labor health, gender inequality, occupational safety, and reproductive health in the context of industrial workers in the Global South.

Presence of toxic gas
