Description
This dataset contains spatial transcriptomics from CosMx platform, for the paper entitled "Heterochronic myeloid cell replacement reveals the local brain environment as key driver of microglia aging." In brief, this paper presents a system that enables in vivo heterochronic myeloid replacement and identified a key signaling pathway involved in aging microglia in the brain. The compressed files contain the raw seurat object output from AtoMx Bioinformatics Platform, provided by Nanostring. Additional raw imaging data or additional metadata for CosMx are available upon request.
