DLBCL_run: Contains datasets and scripts specifically tailored for the analysis of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). It provides processed data necessary for detailed analyses and visualization.

SGCC_data: This directory contains simulation data for Spectral Graph Cross Correlation (SGCC) analyses, which are used to study the relationships within graph-based data structures.
