All Park Locations - Enhanced
收藏资源简介:
The All Park Locations layer represents buildings, locations of importance across the county, park units, and parks. Each of which are tracked in independent layers, which are detailed below, but collected altogether in this single layer for easier and quicker analysis and mapping of these locations. It most situations it is still recommended to create maps using the independent layers; however, for purposes where all records must be in the one layer such as attribute joins, attribute searchs, spatial joins, etc. this layer is the better choice and eliminates the steps needed to collect records from the disparate layers into one. The layers included are listed below: Park Buildings layer - contains park buildings filtered to those with a current Building Code. Park/County Locations layer - contains park locations filtered to those with a current Location Code. These are areas of importance to Montgomery Parks located across Montgomery County. This includes categories such as: SubParks, Maintenance Yards, Nature Centers, Community Gardens, Museums, County Recreational Facilities, Park Rentals, MCPS locations, and Park Offices. Park Units layer - contains park units filtered to those with a current Park Code, which at this time also filters out park units not managed by M-NCPPC because they do not have a Park Code assigned yet. Additionally, records that are in the status “Pending” where there is a record status “Existing” for the same park unit are filtered out because there is a requirement for this layer for each “code” to be unique. Parks layer - contains parks filtered to parks that are an aggregation of multiple park units together, which all happen to be records where their Park Code starts with “J". At this time, these only include a few conservation parks and stream valley parks in which their large, expansive area demanded their park be divided among multiple distinct park units for asset management purposes. Notes Contact the Data Analytics Section of Montgomery Parks for more information via email: dataanalytics@montgomeryparks.org. Update Cycle Layer is updated every Monday and Thursday morning on an automated basis. The Analytics Team programs the Azure cloud to source data from the assorted layers representing assets that Montgomery Parks has in both its EAM & GIS systems and ArcGIS Data Pipelines pulls said data back into this layer on an automated basis.
