LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS OF PRAISE EXPRESSIONS IN ENGLISH

This  article  explores  the  linguistic  features  of  praise  expressions  in  the English language. Praise plays a significant role in communication, particularly in shaping interpersonal  relationships  and  motivation.  The  study  examines  syntactic,  semantic,  and pragmatic   aspects   of   praise    expressions,   identifying   common   patterns    and    their communicative functions. Using qualitative analysis of authentic language data, the research highlights how praise varies depending on context, social relationships, and cultural norms. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how praise functions as a linguistic and social tool.
