TBM典型刀盘疲劳寿命分析数据集

工程数据来源于甘肃陇南西秦岭中铁十八局施工现场的罗宾斯MB332-335型TBM隧道掘进机，对其关键部件进行测试。测试时间为：2013.04.21~2013.04.29。测试内容主要分两部分：振动测试和应变测试，运行数据的文件格式存在 csv，并且标明的运行数据日期的文件夹下可能存在其他日期的运行数据。后续经整理后作为输入数据进行仿真分析，得到TBM刀盘疲劳寿命分析结果并输出数据库。The engineering data is collected from the Robbins MB332-335 Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) at the construction site of China Railway 18th Bureau in Longnan, West Qinling Mountains, Gansu Province, with tests conducted on its key components. The test period spanned from April 21, 2013 to April 29, 2013. The test content mainly includes two parts: vibration test and strain test. The operational data is stored in CSV format, and the folders marked with the date of the recorded operational data may contain operational data from other dates. After subsequent sorting and processing, the data was used as input for simulation analysis, and the fatigue life analysis results of the TBM cutterhead were obtained, with a corresponding database finally output.
