The objective of the study is to explore the effect of hyperuricemic nephropathy on gut microbiota in rats. The gut microbiota composition of the 18 rats was analyzed by sequencing the 16S rRNA gene. The rats were divided into three groups, inlcuding normal group, hyperuricemic nephropathy model group and hyperuricemic nephropathy model group treated with Astragaloside IV.
