资源简介:
AbstractMycena section Amparoina T. Bau & Q. Na is the second largest section of the genus Mycena (Pers.) Roussel and it's characterized by the small size of its members, the presence of acanthocytes and often of cherocytes conforming the universal veil as well as spinulose cheilocystidia and caulocystidia. In the present study, we describe four new species namely M. atlantica sp. nov., M. eucalypticola sp. nov., M. melanovelis sp. nov. and M. viridivelata sp. nov., together the new record for European mycobiota M. biornata Singer and M. corynephora Maas Geest., collected in different locations of the northwest of Iberian Peninsula and some of them collected in the islands of La Palma, Madeira and Sao Miguel in the archipelagos of the Canary Islands (Spain), Azores and Madeira (Portugal), the three in the Macaronesia. Their morphological characteristics are described and illustrated, and the nrITS region as barcode marker are compared with related taxa, confirming that the four new taxa analyzed differ from all other species with sequences available in public databases. Phylogenetic analysis using maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference confirm the above and show the phylogenetic relationships within the M. sect. Amparoina as well as the fitting of this section within the genus Mycena.
