Comparison of transcriptome between WT and tamoxifen-inducible deletion of TRAF3 (iTraf3-/-) SMARTA or PbTII TFH cells during the infections by LCMV armstrong and Plasmodium yoelii, respectively. Overall design: WT and tamoxifen-inducible deletion of TRAF3 (iTraf3-/-) SMARTA or PbTII cells were transferred to recipient mice infected with LCMV armstrong or Plasmodium yoelii. On day 8 post-infection, WT or iTraf3-/- PbTII CXCR5+SLAMlo TFH cells were sorted into Trizol or RP10 medium. RNA-seq was performed to investigate the mechanism whereby TRAF3 regulates TFH cell differentiation.
