Immunotherapy has brought significant clinical benefits to patients with cancer, especially those with advanced cancer. However, clinical studies have found that the effect of immunotherapy can be further improved by the role of intestinal flora. In this study, we combined analysis of clinical samples with validation in animal models, to reveal mechanism by which bacteria effects the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy.
