FRESH boundaries where zoning and discretionary tax incentives are available for the development, expansion and renovation of full line grocery stores and supermarkets. The FRESH II Text amendment adopted on 12/15/2021 expanded the program to other underserved neighborhoods of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island and modified the rules for certification of a FRESH food store.
