The beginning of a Manual (تذكرة) of Medicine, written by an unknown author for his own use. It consists of sevenفصل and twenty-three باب .
Begins: الحمد لله الذى خصّنا بفضيلة النطق و البيان .... و بعد فقد كان النبی صلی الله عليه و آاله محمد بن عبدالله ينبوع الحكمة قسم العلم الى علمين و هما علم الابدان و علم الادیان الخ.
Plainly written. Of the twelfth century. Ends in the third chapter.
Inscribed at a later date: رساله احمد بن محمد صایغ (!) حنفی .1
