Raw data of total X-ray scattering of CsSnI3 bulk and colloidal nanocrystals for local disorder assesment

Total X-ray scattering for Pair Distribution Function (PDF) analysis was collected for both bulk and colloidal nanocrystals of XX. Phase analysis and local structural disorder were compared across nanocrystal sizes. The results show that the long-range order is consistent with the previously reported orthorhombic structure. In contrast, the short-range correlations reveal pronounced surface-related effects associated with ligands and dangling bonds. The precise nature of this local disorder, however, remains to be elucidated.
