This study examines the potential of the transcription factor SOX21 to inhibit glioblastoma stem cell (GSC) properties and combat glioblastoma (GBM) progression. The data includes RNA-seq of glioma cells with and without enhanced SOX21 or SOX2 expression (from 3 different tumors), ChIP-seq of SOX21, c-JUN, H3K4me1 and H3K27Ac in glioma cells as well as ATAC-seq in glioma cells with and without enhanced SOX21 expression.
