Nmap_Prostorová a časová dynamika šíření mývala severního v ČR

This dataset documents the spatial and temporal dynamics of raccoon (Procyon lotor) occurrence in hunting grounds across the Czech Republic between 1931 and 2025. Each record represents a hunting ground linked to administrative units and a spatial polygon identifier. Annual columns contain occurrence frequency values representing the number of registered records in a given year (e.g., harvested individuals or observations depending on source methodology).

The dataset was compiled from historical and contemporary hunting statistics and expert occurrence records, harmonized into a standardized database structure. Data were cleaned, validated, and spatially assigned to unified hunting ground units. Values of “0” indicate no recorded occurrence in a given year, while empty cells represent missing data.

The dataset supports research on invasive species spread, long-term population trends, ecological modeling, and wildlife management decision-making.
