This datasets contained near infreared spectroscopic data as original spectral (raw) and enhanced spectra data. Datasets were enhanced using MSC (multiplicative scatter correction), BLC (baseline linear correction) and combination of MSC+BLC approaches. Those datasets were used to develop prediction models to determine Vitamin C and Total acidity (TA) of intact mango fruits.
