1*107spores of A. nidulans were dispersed and inoculated into GMM for 3 d at 37 degrees centigrade. The cultures without S. curviseta stress serving as controls. After 3 d of incubation at room temperature, the cultures were collected using a spatula and frozen with liquid nitrogen. RNA was extracted with Trizol to construct a library for sequencing. Subsequently, all mRNAs transcribed by A. nidulans underwent sequencing via the Illumina platform (Biomarker Technologies, China). The sequence analysis was conducted by the BMKCloud software (www.biocloud.net). Three biological replicates were used for each condition.
