Data recorded for the paper "Low-loss InGaP-on-insulator waveguides for high-efficiency entangled pair generation and nonlinear photonics". The majority of the data are in HDF5 format, providing a dictionary like structure, thus labeling each dataset. Each HDF5 file contains data from all detectors during the given measurement, including unused detectors recognized by their lack of functional labelling. Most nonlinear frequency conversion measurements are provided as raw data, and calibrated to be on chip as plotted in the paper.
Notes:
Relevant calibrations can generally be recognized by overlapping dates with data. Power calibrations are made between taps and the input lensed fiber (See fig. 1 in supplementary material of the paper).
For cutback loss measurements the following waveguide lengths can be used, related to file wg annotation - wg1 = 2.998 mm, wg2 = 7.294 mm, wg3 = 11.672 mm, wg4 = 15.491 mm and wg5 = 18.749 mm.
