The Segregation Explorer Version 1.0 was published in May 2024. The archive includes school segregation data for the nation, states, metropolitan areas, commuting zones, counties, and administrative and geographic school districts from 1991 to 2022. The archive also includes a Geographic Crosswalk linking schools to these geographies and the Longitudinal Imputed School Dataset (LISD) Version 1.0, which provides imputed school-level demographic data.
You agree not to use the data sets for commercial advantage, or in the course of for-profit activities. Commercial entities wishing to use this Service should contact Stanford University’s Office of Technology Licensing (info@otlmail.stanford.edu).
You agree that you will not use these data to identify or to otherwise infringe the privacy or confidentiality rights of individuals.
THE DATA SETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND STANFORD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND EXTENDS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
