资源简介:
Short title: Aged bone marrow drives neuroinflammation post TBI Overall design: In this study, bone marrow transcriptional information was investigated in four groups of C57BL/6 mice. The four groups of mice were, young-control (Young-CON) group, aged-control (Aged-CON) group, young-Traumatic Brain Injury (Young-TBI) group and aged-Traumatic Brain Injury (Aged-TBI) group. Three days after modeling of the TBI group (peak hematopoietic response), bone marrow of mice in each group was collected and RNA sequenced. Quality control and analysis of the sequencing data followed routine steps.
