This article examines labour relations and conflict management in organizations under modern socio-economic conditions. Effective labour relations are considered a key factor in ensuring organizational stability, employee satisfaction, and productivity. The study analyzes the main forms of labour relations, the role of employers and employees, and the legal and institutional framework regulating workplace interactions. Particular attention is paid to the causes of workplace conflicts, their types, and methods of prevention and resolution. The article also explores modern approaches to conflict management, including negotiation, mediation, and organizational communication strategies. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve labour relations and enhance conflict management practices in organizations.
