eDNA metabarcoding samples of the research arcticle "Unraveling Temporal Fish Diversity in a Neotropical Hydropower Reservoir: comparing eDNA Metabarcoding to Traditional Fishing Methods". This project aimed to compare eDNA the metabarcoding approach with traditional biological inventory techniques for fish biodiversity monitoring on the hydropower plant of Irapé, with large reservoir, at the Jequitinhonha river, Brazil.
This dataset contains raw reads files and a table with sample identities.
