Das APSA eignet sich zur Erfassung und Analyse von alltagspraktischen Gedächtnis- und Konzentrationsleistungen bei Personen mit unterschiedlichen subklinischen oder klinisch bedeutsamen Grunderkrankungen. Der Fragebogen setzt sich aus insgesamt 21 Items zusammen. Die Ergebnisse können in Form eines Gesamtwerts (APS-20) bzw. zweier Subskalenwerte für je neun Items "Prospektive Gedächtnisleistung" (AP-F1) und "Schwierigkeiten bei der Aufrechterhaltung der fokussierten Aufmerksamkeitsleistung" (AP-F2) wiedergegeben werden. Reliabilität: Es wurden Retestreliabilitäten in Form von Intraklassenkorrelationen (ICC) sowie interne Konsistenzen in Form von Cronbachs Alpha berechnet. Für den Gesamtwert resultierte eine ICC = .90, für die Subskala AP-F1 ICC = .91 und für die Subskala AP-F2 ICC = .87. Alpha war für alle Skalen > .89. Validität: Die diskriminante und konvergente Validität wurden anhand von Korrelationen mit entsprechenden Verfahren berechnet. So korreliert die APSA-Gesamtskala erwartungskonform mit den HADS-Subskalen Angst (r = .63) und Depression (r = .54) sowie mit dem Tinnitus-Beeinträchtigungs-Fragebogen-12 (r = .52). APSA is used for the assessment and analysis of everyday memory and concentration performance in individuals with different subclinical or clinically significant underlying diseases. The questionnaire consists of a total of 21 items. The results can be presented in the form of a total value (APS-20) or they can be made up from two subscale values for nine items each, the "Prospective memory performance" (AP-F1) and the "Difficulty in maintaining focused attention performance" (AP-F2). For the total value an ICC = .90 resulted, for the subscale AP-F1 ICC = .91 and for the subscale AP-F2 ICC = .87. Alpha was > .89 for all scales. Validity: The discriminant and convergent validity was calculated on the basis of correlations with corresponding methods.
