Establishment of a simple, efficient, and scalable method to generate oocyte-like cells in vitro

To investigate whether transcripts present in mini-oocytes are indeed translated into proteins, we performed proteome analysis on in vivo fully grown oocytes and 4F- and 8F-mini-oocytes at day 21. Triplicate samples were prepared for each group, and proteins detected in all three replicates were considered to be faithfully expressed.
