#Sonar Opinion Polls: #-------------------- #From August 1989 Sonar has regularly carried out a number of opinion polls, i.e. surveys of attitudes and habits of life of the adult Danish population. The opinion polls have been carried out approx. 10 times a year, and each opinion poll includes about six different subjects as well as the question of the respondent's voting intention at a hypothetical general election on the day of the interview. # The opinion polls have been carried out in collaboration with the daily paper Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten. In addition, the individual opinion polls are found in DDA-1681 to DDA-1689. # #This survey (DDA-1688 Sonar Opinion Polls 1990: October) deals with the following issues: #Party preference; use of various types of prize savings accounts; assessment of Poul Schlüter as prime minister; preferred prime minister if Schlüter should step down; attitude to life in general measured by means of a scale from 1 to 10 of the respondent's feeling when she/he wakes up in the morning (ranging from happiness and hope to worry and anxiety); attitude to a number of statements on foreign aid; preferred coalition partners in connection with the passing of the Budget for 1991; employment conditions; attitude to a number of provocative statements on society of today; computer in household; and use of personal computer
