Whole-genome sequencing of Brucella sp. of animal-origin from Algeria

This project includes genomic sequences generated by Illumina MiSeq sequencing of Brucella sp. from Algeria. The aim of the studies included in this project was to assess the Brucella genotypes circulating among small ruminants (sheep, goats) and cattle in Algeria.
