The Scholarship Holder Books were created to document details of scholarship holders in the period c.1891 - 1926.Information varies slightly from volume to volume, but in general includes:NameDate of birthSchool presented fromDate scholarship was commencedSchool attending whilst under scholarshipDate scholarship terminatedAmount and date paid of allowanceWhether allowance was paid for transit or tuitionTo whom allowance was paidPrincipal's annual report on conduct and progressRemarks (including reasons for suspension of the scholarship or note that an Exhibition, or University scholarship, has been awarded)This series was transferred to PROV from the Education History Unit of the Department of Education and Training.
