“铱掺杂氧化钨数据集”来源于新型催化剂实验研究过程,可用于包括催化剂形貌、OER催化活性和全解水性能在内的各项数据。数据内容为LSV测试数据、全解水性能图、XRD测试数据、XPS测试数据,HRTEM图、扫描透射电镜图等,采集方案从仪器自带软件拟定,采集地点为北京化工大学,采集时间为2020年9月-2021年3月,使用的设备为JEOL JSM6335扫描电子显微镜、JEOL JEM 2100高分辨电镜、Rigaku D/max 2500X射线衍射仪、ESCALAB 250 X射线光电子能谱仪、CHI660E上海辰华电化学工作站,数据格式为txt和tif格式,数据量约为4.19 MB。
Iridium-doped tungsten oxide dataset is derived from experimental studies on novel catalysts, and is applicable for various data including catalyst morphology, oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalytic activity, and overall water splitting performance. The dataset contains Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) test data, overall water splitting performance plots, X-ray diffraction (XRD) test data, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) test data, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) images, scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) images, and other related data. The data collection protocol was developed using the built-in software of the respective instruments. All data was collected at Beijing University of Chemical Technology from September 2020 to March 2021. The equipment used for data collection includes JEOL JSM6335 scanning electron microscope, JEOL JEM 2100 high-resolution transmission electron microscope, Rigaku D/max 2500 X-ray diffractometer, ESCALAB 250 X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, and CHI660E Shanghai Chenhua electrochemical workstation. The data is stored in TXT and TIF formats, with a total volume of approximately 4.19 MB.
