This dataset comprises geochemical and petrological analyses of granulite xenoliths from the Weichang area, the northern of North China Craton,providing key insights into mineral major and trace element compositions, and water content in deep crustal materials. The data include four tables generated through electron microprobe (EPMA), LA-ICP-MS, and FTIR analyses.Table S1: EPMA results (wt.%) of minerals in Weichang granulite xenoliths. It mainly includes major element compositions of clinopyroxene (Cpx), orthopyroxene (Opx), and plagioclase (Pl).
