Data Collection: Information including sample names, detection items, detection methods, and detection results is collected; Data Processing: Unqualified detection results of methamidophos content in Dendrobium are screened out. Per the General Rules for the Verification of Medicinal Materials and Decoction Pieces (Code 0212) in Volume 4 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition, "prohibited pesticides for plant-derived medicinal materials and decoction pieces shall not be detected (shall not exceed the limit of quantitation)", with the limit value for methamidophos set as ≤0.05 mg/kg. For safety assessment, the unqualified rate of methamidophos in Dendrobium is calculated as: (Number of unqualified methamidophos detection batches in Dendrobium) / (Total number of methamidophos detection batches in Dendrobium).
