Datasets associated with the publication The Distribution of Interseismic Locking on the Cascadia Subduction Zone Using Bayesian Methods

GNSS data was pulled from Newton et al. (2021), as provided by the following GNSS processing centers: UNR (http://geodesy.unr.edu), JPL (https://sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/), SOPAC (http://garner.ucsd.edu/pub), and PANGA (http://www.geodesy.cwu.edu/panga), as well as seafloor GNSS-A data from DeSanto et al, 2025. The spirit leveling data was derived from Newton et al., 2021 and Patton et al., 2023. The amalgamated dataset used in this paper, extended south from the original Newton et al. (2021) paper and including a list of the excluded sites, is provided as gnss_data.txt, leveling_data.txt, seafloor_gnss_data.txt, and combined as combined_data_matrix.txt. Additional input files include the Green’s functions matrix (Greens_functions.txt), and data covariance matrix (data_covariance_matrix.txt). Posterior distributions from the preferred model are included as posterior_distributions.txt.
