Sirolimus plus roxadustat in acquired pure red cell aplasia: a single-arm, open-label, multicenter trial

This dataset contains the results of a clinical trial in which sirolimus was combined with roxadustat to treat patients with pure red cell aplasia. Of the 82 enrolled patients, 7 withdrew for various reasons, and 3 discontinued treatment due to adverse events. The file includes baseline data for the 72 patients who were included in the efficacy analysis: sex, age, disease type, secondary factor, baseline hemoglobin, reticulocyte count, ferritin, and erythropoietin.
