<b>Variant calling for</b> <b><i>Aspergillus fumigatus</i></b><br>This repository contains variant data related to the manuscript titled <b>Increased azole persistence precedes azole resistance acquisition of the human fungal pathogen</b> <b><i>Aspergillus fumigatus.</i></b> This collection is comprised of serial isolates annotated VCF files.<br>These files were gerenated with the pipeline and scripts available in https://github.com/DelbajeEndrews/var_call.<br>The metadata associated with these files is described in the <i>Supplementary table 2</i> submitted with the manuscript.
