We demonstrate how Lorentz invariance emerges as a collective property of Planck-scale twistor networks in Twistor-EBIKK-β gravity. The model predicts: (1) exact Lorentz symmetry at macroscopic scales from random CP 1 cell orientations, (2) suppressed violations ∆c/c ∼ κE2 athigh energies, and (3) testable signatures in gravitational wave dispersion and CMB polarization. The mechanism provides a geometric alternativeto postulating Lorentz invariance in quantum gravity.
